Forrest wanders into the bathroom, gets his business done, and washes up. He’s yawning into the mirror when a flash of shimmer catches his eye.

Leaning over, he finds a note on the counter. It’s written on white, folded cardstock with dark green glitter pen spelling out Forrest in swirling, cursive letters and surrounded by even more little golden flakes of glitter along the edge-line.

Flipping the card open, he reads.

Forrest’s first thought is he had so much to drink last night that he let some glitter-obsessed, rhyming nerd come home with him to play puzzles, and well, apparently a game at a chance for love.

On second thought, he wonders if Neka and her passion for mischief might know waaay more about all of this than she originally let on.

Forrest: K so this is all about some treasure hunt?

Neka: I literally have no idea what ur talking abt dude

Forrest: Swear on the cat fountain

Neka: I swear on the cat fountain and twist it back around to infinity

Forrest: Shit it really wasn’t u wtf

Neka: Dude how much did u drink last night?

Forrest: Who the hell knows
